Il Neo-Geo di Schuyff contiene un tocco di manualità e artigianalità che produce un contrasto stimolante tra ripetizione e variazione, tra freddezza e umanità. Questo tocco di voluta imprecisione, quasi in stile Bad Painting, non smentisce però la maestria con cui l'opera è realizzata. Nei dipinti che compongono questa mostra, i contrasti e le sovrapposizioni di colore sono studiati nel dettaglio e danno all'insieme una temperatura emotiva particolare.

Schuyff's Neo-Geo contains a touch of manual dexterity and craftsmanship that produces an exciting contrast between repetition and variation, coldness and humanity. This touch of intentional imprecision, almost in a Bad Painting style, does not however belie the skill with which the work has been created. In the paintings found in this exhibition, the contrasting and overlapping colours have been minutely studied, and endow the whole with a particular emotive temperature.
